John Thomas (Tom) Rosser

Mr. Rosser is a Georgia Licensed Residential Builder with thirty years of experience in the home building industry. Beginning his career as a Superintendent and working his way up with public and private companies, Mr. Rosser has performed and managed every aspect of the home-building process. Prior to founding John Thomas Homes, Mr. Rosser previously served as the division President for three local home building corporations in the Metro Atlanta. He has earned the respect and admiration of his peers and is widely recognized as a leader within the Atlanta home building industry.

William M. Evans, Jr.

Mr. Evans has been in the banking, building and development business for over 30 years. Prior to founding John Thomas Homes, Mr. Evans has been a founding member of three financial banks - Heritage Bank, Premier Bankshares, and Piedmont Bank. He has been on the board of a NYSE company, a NASDAQ company and an American Stock Exchange company. He is also a past Board member of the Atlanta Regional Commission, Dekalb Development authority and Dekalb Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Evans is a Georgia native and recently received his MBA from the University of Georgia.

George T. Hovis

Mr. Hovis has over thirty years of experience in banking, real estate development and homebuilding. During his development career, Mr. Hovis has been involved in developing thousands of residential lots. His other strengths include negotiating contracts with builders, handling development activities, and building homes. He is recognized as a quality developer by both the large and small builder community. Additionally, Mr. Hovis serves on the Board of Directors of the Private Bank and has established a stellar reputation throughout the financial community.

Jim D. Jacobi

Mr. Jacobi has many years of professional experience involved with land planning, engineering and real-estate development. Additionally, his expertise includes all aspects of land acquisitions consisting of contract negotiation, market analysis, due-diligence evaluation, governmental entitlements and municipal codes. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University and a Georgia licensed Landscape Architect.
